She is an English teacher and researcher in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). She has extensive expertise in eTwinning and is a non-formal education (NFE) trainer specializing in language education. She holds TNT and Delta certifications and is dedicated to creating an authentic language education environment at a global level. She excels in mentoring, peer-to-peer support, and designing hybrid learning tools that integrate technology to positively impact young people’s growth. Her commitment to supporting young people and promoting cultural pluralism aligns with the goals of Bridging Communities, fostering intercultural understanding and active citizenship among youth.

He has a PhD in Mechanical and Management Engineering at Politecnico di Bari, Italy. He has a distinguished academic background, earning high honours in chemical engineering from Baku State University and a master’s degree in petroleum and environmental engineering from Italy. He has contributed to over 20 Erasmus+ and HORIZON projects, specializing in digitalization, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, energy transition, and electric vehicle batteries. He has experience in training and mentoring youth in innovative solutions and entrepreneurship to foster social inclusion, youth empowerment, and skill development among young NEETs.
